About Us
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
With over 30 years in the corporate world, we've seen the good, the bad and the ugly, and the one thing that has helped sustain us and keep us grounded are just three little words...... "keep it simple."

My Story - Jamie Bowen, Director

Having a growth mindset and by continually making a difference means I've also picked up a few awards in my time. A personal highlight was winning the BQF Business Excellence Established Leader award in 2022. I was nominated by my team totally without my knowledge, and it meant the world to me to think the team thought I was worthy of such a prestigious award. I've never been one for personal awards, but this was special.

In 2025 whilst Head of ESG for Chevron, my team were awarded the Triton Partners Overall ESG Award for the third time in six years, for continued excellence in our ESG maturity. No other portfolio company had ever achieved that and it was a proud moment to know that we were making history.

My first published children's book, Cwtch the Word Dragon
Hello there,
I’ve had over 30 years of experience in the corporate sector, but from the very first day of my career I’ve always been thinking about how I can make things better. It’s got me into trouble, after all people don’t like to be challenged on why they’ve been doing things the same way for years, but there always has to be a better way.

That mindset has followed me into every role I've ever done, whether that was in finance, commercial, business improvement or ESG and I can genuinely say that every role I've done over my career I've left it in a much better position than when I started. Making a difference has been a big thing for me, whether that be improving processes, improving safety, reducing carbon or helping people get better, I find it so rewarding.

The famous All Blacks rugby union team have a saying 'leave the jersey in a better place', essentially upholding what came before and enhancing it. Continually building on their legacy, and every one of us has exactly that same opportunity in wherever you work. I'd love to know how I can help you build your legacy, organisational or personal.

Receiving the BQF Business Excellence Established Leader Award in 2022
In 2023 I published my first children's book, Cwtch the Word Dragon and I continue to write stories now, Cwtch, the Scholar of War etc and I hope to publish more books in the future. Check out the Shelf Help Book pages for book recommendations and you'll also notice that I support Book Trust, the UK's leading charity in getting children to read.

I'll share more wonderful organisations that we support as we move along.
If you're operating in ESG/sustainability you kind of need to set an example and practice what I preach, so just a few of initiatives that we try to do are:

-
Use sustainable transport wherever we can. Working on the train means not only are we reducing our carbon impact but we're also more productive by being able to work on the move. Although I also know the pain you can experience from using the UK's rail network.
-
Instead of using Google for all your internet searches, use Ecosia instead. It is free and for all your searches a tree will be planted. 100% of their profits are for climate action.
-
Meat free days. Vegan food has massively changed over the past few years and whilst I cannot make a full transition to a vegan diet because of some foods that could impact on my kidney transplant, I regularly have meat free days.
